About

I have built and run the kinds of businesses I now help.

AI product builder and fractional product leader. Founding team at a venture-backed AI startup, head of growth at a fast-scaling SaaS, and founder of my own software, mobile, e-commerce, and service companies. That operator experience is what I bring to your business.

The story

Identify. Build. Brand. Acquire. Operate.

The pattern across everything I have done is the same: find the opportunity, build the product, build the brand, acquire the customers, design the systems, and keep running it. Sometimes that meant sourcing inventory from overseas suppliers. Sometimes it meant shipping an iOS app. Sometimes it meant writing the software a field crew opens every morning.

I have done this inside venture-backed startups, where I helped take Hammoq from founding through a $3M seed round and grew LacROI to roughly 1,500 to 2,000 paying subscribers in five months. And I have done it independently, founding and operating Sparks Goods, Scorpion Sweepers, Pole Vault App, and now SparksFlow.

That mix is deliberate. It means I bring both startup strategy and hands-on execution, and I can move between the boardroom conversation and the pull request without handing anything off.

Chapters

How the pieces fit together.

  1. 2019 — 2021

    Operator

Sparks Goods LLC: an Amazon FBA business run end to end — international sourcing, inventory, advertising, analytics, customer service, and the P&L. The first proof that a real business could be built and operated independently.

  2. 2020 — 2021

    Growth in venture-backed startups

Head of Marketing at LacROI, growing a reseller SaaS to roughly 1,500–2,000 paid subscribers in five months, and a founding team member at Hammoq, where the company partnered with Goodwill and raised a $3M seed round. Startup strategy, positioning, and acquisition at speed.

  3. 2022 — Present

    Software for the physical world

Scorpion Sweepers modernized a traditional service business around a purpose-built platform for admins, technicians, and customers. Scorpion Hot Spots turned that field data into a public, community-driven map.

  4. 2023 — Present

    Mobile products

Pole Vault App shipped to the App Store from concept through curriculum, brand, and distribution. Sparks Fitness is following the same path toward Google Play.

  5. 2025 — Present

    AI-native

An MBA concentrating in AI, and SparksFlow: an AI workspace where multiple businesses, workflows, and models share one context. The operating experience becomes the software.

How I work

Four things you can count on.

Operator first

I have carried the P&L, hired the crew, and answered the support tickets. I bring that perspective to every recommendation.

Ship over slides

Strategy that does not turn into working software is a cost. Every engagement produces something you can use.

AI where it pays

I am enthusiastic about AI and skeptical of hype. The question is always: what does this return for the business?

Small teams, big leverage

I build systems that let a few people do the work of many. That is the whole point of the technology.
